Grease traps are often the most neglected and difficult maintenance problem in institutional kitchen today. FLOW FREE is a highly effective biological solution, formulation of liquid suspension of cultured bacteria and enzymes capable of digesting complex proteins, starches, fats, oils and greases, vegetable gums, and other organic wastes. ODOR REDUCTION The odors associated with grease traps are often caused by volatile fatty acids (VFAs). The strains blend in Flow Free has the ability to degrade all grease trap associated VFAs. BOD REDUCTION The ability of Flow Free to reduce Biochemical Oxygen Demand in actual grease trap waste is tested. Flow Free showed a significant reduction in BOD during the study.
